The packages cater to couples, families, and groups, with accommodation options including Kodi/Laba, Executive Kodi, Oso, Anago, Obieze, Amosan, Oba Ilerigi, Amosan 3, and Ilerimi.
Each chalet has been designed to offer guests breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, lagoon, mangrove forest, or the resort’s rich wildlife habitat.
Kodi/Laba Package
The Kodi/Laba package offers an oceanfront duplex with a private balcony, stunning ocean views, a swimming pool, and contemporary comforts, making it an ideal destination for couples seeking relaxation.
Designed for two adults, the package includes accommodation, daily breakfast, plated lunch and dinner, unlimited water and soft drinks throughout the stay, a welcome palm wine, one complimentary recreational activity from lagoon fishing, Simirimi ride, Sip & Paint or quad biking, as well as participation in morning or evening cultural dance sessions.
Prices begin from ₦326,900 for one night, rising to ₦1,956,900 for a seven-night stay.
Executive Kodi Package
Executive Kodi provides guests with an upgraded oceanfront duplex featuring a private balcony, spectacular views, and a uniquely designed African-shaped swimming pool shared by four other residents.
The package includes accommodation, three daily meals, complimentary drinks, welcome palm wine, one selected recreational activity, and cultural dance classes. Prices start from ₦331,900 for one night and ₦1,976,900 for seven nights.
Oso Package
Ideal for families, the Oso chalet accommodates two adults and two children. It features panoramic river, lagoon and Atlantic Ocean views, two king-sized beds, spacious interiors and a large balcony.

Anago Package

Amosan 1 Package
Amosan 1 presents a luxury three-bedroom mud house nestled within the jungle, combining traditional African architecture with modern comforts. Guests enjoy ensuite bedrooms, outdoor relaxation spaces, hammocks and close encounters with nature.

Oba Ilerigi Package
Oba Ilerigi is one of the resort’s premium offerings. The unique three-bedroom treehouse accommodates four adults and features spacious living areas, private bathrooms and multiple sitting areas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Ilerimi Package
Ilerimi (Ile Rimi) is an exclusive three-bedroom apartment built directly on the lagoon. The luxury apartment accommodates six adults and features a spacious living room, dining area overlooking the lagoon, and two relaxation areas with panoramic views of the mangrove forest.
The package offers one of the resort’s most comprehensive experiences, including accommodation, welcome barbecue, breakfast, lunch and dinner, unlimited water and soft drinks, welcome palm wine, a complimentary bottle of wine, fruit basket, massage, one selected recreational activity and cultural dance sessions.
Prices begin from ₦1,078,200 for one night and rise to ₦6,658,200 for seven nights.
General Package Benefits
Across the various packages, guests enjoy a selection of signature experiences including lagoon fishing, Simirimi rides, Sip & Paint sessions, quad biking, cultural dance classes and, where applicable, massage therapy, welcome barbecue, fruit basket and complimentary wine.
The resort added that welcome palm wine is provided once during each stay, while premium additions such as massage, barbecue, fruit basket and wine are available once per stay where applicable. Prices cover only the inclusions specified under each chalet package, while mini photoshoots are excluded from the exclusive packages.
