The Uganda High Commission in Nigeria has confirmed participation in the forthcoming 2026 IPADA Initiatives Celebration, scheduled to hold from December 3rd to 7th, 2026.
The confirmation follows an invitation extended to the mission by the Founder of IPADA Initiative, Otunba Wanle Akinboboye, for Uganda to be part of the celebration, which continues to promote African unity, tourism, cultural exchange, investment opportunities, and diaspora engagement.
In its response, the Uganda High Commission expressed its readiness to participate in the event and gather for the highly anticipated celebration.
The 2026 IPADA Initiatives Celebration is expected to attract Africans and lovers of Africa from different countries, creating a platform for African nations and members of the diaspora to show their culture, strengthen partnerships, and explore opportunities for collaboration across various sectors.
The Celebration will take place at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, in Ikegun, Ibeju Lekki Lagos, Nigeria, bringing together thousands across the world.
This remarkable event will feature cultural, business, tourism, and entertainment activities, including the Business Unusual Investment Picnic, Carnival Parade, Nefertiti: Queen of Africa Pageant, African Naming Ceremony, Africa International Music Festival (AIM Festival), Cultural Tours, IPADA Green Legacy Programme, Beach Olympics, and other cultural experiences designed to strengthen connections between Africa and its global community.
With participation expected from over 35 countries and thousands of physical attendees alongside millions of digital viewers, the event aims to promote Africa’s heritage, investment opportunities, tourism potential, and global partnerships.
