A fresh collaboration involving the National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), its Africa Federation Initiative, D Evans Consulting Inc. and IPADA Initiatives is set to strengthen economic and business engagement between African and American interests.
The development is contained in a Memorandum of Understanding involving the organisations, with NBCC President and Chief Executive Officer, Charles H. DeBow III, representing the chamber in the agreement.
D Evans Consulting Inc. is also listed as a strategic partner, with its President and Chief Executive Officer, Darlene D. Evans, representing the organisation.

IPADA Initiatives, founded by Dr. Otunba Wanle Akinboboye, is listed as another party to the agreement, with Akinboboye named as its representative.

The partnership brings together organisations with interests in business development, international collaboration and Africa-focused economic engagement, creating a platform for deeper cooperation between stakeholders across the two regions.
The agreement also makes reference to the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), with matters concerning the organisation to be addressed separately under the arrangement.

The MOU provides for the representatives of the participating organisations to formally execute the agreement, with the document identifying the respective officials authorised to sign on behalf of their organisations.
